We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee may apply, or prepaid treatments may be forfeited. Deposits for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable. Refunds are provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law. Repeated cancellations may result in us being unable to book future appointments. Thank you for understanding!
